Shared evening with vocalist Suzanna Smith
Two very different vocalists join for one special evening. Looking forward, reflecting back and touching on everything in between, Suzanna Smith and Carol Luckenbach explore what makes this a wonderful world, from contrasting points along life's journey. Suzanna Smith is an emerging talent on the Bay Area jazz scene, known for her golden tone, innate sense of swing, and irresistable charm. Carol Luckenbach, with her elegant and very personal style, is well known for her unique interpretations of vintage tunes and rarely heard gems. They are accompanied by a stellar quartet: Larry Dunlap on piano, Charlie McCarthy on woodwinds, Seward McCain on bass and Jim Zimmerman on drums.
